And she was not wrong!!!😮‍💨 Ingredients: • 1lb ground chicken (93/7%) • 1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning • salt and pepper to taste • 1 egg • 1/4 cup gluten free italian bread crumbs • 1 tsp better than bouillon chicken base (this is optional but adds so much flavor) • 30oz marinara sauce of choice • cottage cheese • Parmesan cheese Instructions: 1. Mix ground chicken with 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning and better than bouillon chicken base (if using). Form into meatballs. 2. Sear in a pan over medium heat until brown, then I like to finish them cooking in the airfryer at 375°F for 5 minutes or until reaches 165°F internal temperature. 3. Add the marinara sauce to the pan and the meatballs once they’re ready. Let it simmer in the sauce for 5-6 minutes. 4. Plate the meatballs with a scoop of cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
