Peel the potatoes, boil until tender, and mash well. 2. Add the starch, salt, black pepper, cumin, hot pepper, and finely chopped herbs. 3. Mix everything well until you have a firm, uniform mixture. 4. Shape the mixture into small balls. 5. Heat vegetable oil and fry the potato balls until golden brown and crispy. 6.
