I don't know why it is so difficult for cops not to get this right. We see videos of this daily of cops trying to trespass somebody from public property with no crime and that's just not how it works. They seem to think that because they have that badge that they can make laws up on the spot and if their questioned they refuse to actually look up the law. There's $1.3 billion paid in settlements for this shit annually in our country because law-enforcement violates peoples rights
