Hey girl! Sleeping with your head up a bit upward helps so much with the heartburn so does staying sitting up for an hour ish after you eat TRUSTT🤍🤍

For the heart burn, drink a cup of water (like 8oz) with 2 tsp of baking soda!! Sounds weird but helped me immediately
