Red cabbage is naturally very rich in fiber, Vitamin C and antioxidants called anthocyanin (which gives it its characteristic purple colour). One of its major health benefits is that it helps to protect our cells from damage. Ingredients: VEGETABLES: Red Cabbage Cabbage Carrots Bell peppers Cucumbers Radish DRESSING: Greek yoghurt Sweet Chilli sauce Honey PROTEIN: Honey glazed chicken Method: 1. Shred all your vegetables 2. Then into your plate, go in with your red cabbage, cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and 3. For your salad dressing, add some Greek yoghurt into a bowl, then some sweet Chilli sauce, honey and mix properly. 4. Add your dressing to your salad, then serve with your honey glazed chicken.
