We’re not annoyed by sellers on this app. We’re annoyed by the boldness of sellers thinking they can get inflated value in a bubble market. It’s either sell lower now or go under water on your loan once it crashed in the next six months or so. Anyone who’s paid attention to housing knows this has been coming and the “value” is BS.

In the middle of negotiating right now with a seller. People are tired of this shit. Homes overpriced that need new roofs, water heaters, HVAC systems, and oh it’s the “market’s fault” that people bought 2021-2023 and can’t afford to make the house attractive price wise. It’s not anyone’s fault people can’t afford their house or to fix it before going to market.

People don’t care about your personal situations. I’m a widow with a 5 year old trying to buy a home for us. The sellers KNEW our story and STILL came back with an offer over asking price. People don’t care, buying and selling homes are just business.

sellers dont realize that people can see what the home sold for. I checked everything when looking to buy. I won't pay double for a home that was recently sold. the market is going to change and a lot of people are going to be stuck with homes they cant sell. love that for them

My neighbors house just finally sold after 1.5 years on the market they had it priced at double what they paid, didn't sell. lowered to 25% more than the original purchase price sold within 10 days.....it's the price.

As someone in the home buying market I don’t think sellers are annoying but I think it’s frustrating when sellers want to make a profit off a a home that they bought in 2020-2024. I want to home to live in not to make a profit off of.

The first thing I look at on the listing is the purchase history. Seeing a house bought during Covid, want double after little to no improvements, and a history showing it sat on the market until it was taken off, just to re-list a couple months later to look fresh is so funny to me 😂

My fiance and I have been looking for about a year, it's just a huge commitment and so much money. I think a lot of buyers, especially first time buyers, are extremely cautious about what they want to buy ya know? It really sucks looking at houses that are 250k+ and they should realistically be 130k but the market is just crappy

I’m trying to buy investment homes right now. The truth is, I don’t care what the sellers situation or hardship is. I am 💯 thinking about myself and my own future and needs. Period. It’s not an emotional journey on this side, it’s a logical one for us.

It’s a rough time to try to sell. People are over the inflated prices and no longer willing to pay. Not the home owners fault, the market is the market. No one would expect you to list it way under market value. However, people are no longer willing to pay it.
