In this video, I’m sharing my latest creation: a classic Edwardian walking skirt that started its life as a simple, thrifted window curtain.The hem of the skirt features a beautiful Greek key (labyrinth) pattern, which I created using pale pink and gold satin ribbons. To achieve that perfect, historically accurate silhouette, I also hand-made all the necessary undergarments worn underneath: a rich burgundy satin underskirt, a long petticoat, and a small bustle pad to support the pleats. #sewing #handmade #cottagecore #outfit #uktiktok
