yes!!! my local asda’s free from section often condensed down and shared with the vegan stuff, and a LOT of that contains gluten! always got to be cautious 🥲

Word! I’ve picked up the Walker’s shortbread before from the FreeFrom aisle and realised someone had put the non GF ones (almost identical packaging) in the wrong aisle. Check & check again folks 🙃

I made a video on this once and had 17 messages from one person telling me I was wrong and everything in the free from aisle HAD to be gluten free. When I said erm - no cuz there’s vegan stuff, sugar free etc she blocked me 🙈 Like I’m just trying to let people know to keep themselves safe! Also people just dump stuff in the free from aisle that’s not free from anything! What I’m saying is - important video to make! Thank you!!
