Add the peppers, and sauté for about 3 minutes or until slightly soft Add the onions and sauté for another 3 minutes Add the Italian seasoning and garlic and continue to sauté for a minute. Season with salt and pepper and set aside Spray the trays with cooking oil and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese Place a piece of puff pastry in each tray Equally add the sauce, mozzarella cheese and the sausage Bake at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes (let cool for 3 minutes) Add the peppers and onions and enjoy
