Girl, this was my first ever problem. I made a questionnaire a PDF/word document that everyone can access that way when somebody calls I tell them to fill this out and then when I get home after cleaning, I answer the questionnaire honestly, I think it’s rude to be on the phone while somebody is paying me to clean
