She should be allowed in because the people who have testified about how it was run at the time, were reluctant to answer questions fully and in detail. Which we know is because of not wanting to implicate themselves. Defence need to show that this hospital isn't exactly what was presented so far

I looove when Amy gets in hype mode!!! And yessss girl we wanna see it!!! She was on my FYP the other day and my jaw was on the floor thinking “wtf why isn’t this girl called as a witness!!! This is really vital info she has!!!” Now look where we are!!! Oh I just know she’s gonna be gooood on the stand too!!! She spoke so direct, with knowledge, and never once tripped up and looked fishy or like someone who just wanted to insert themselves in this case…You could tell every word she said was completely factual and therefore not anything slanderous towards McLean…Cuz I’m certain it’s all true!!!!

Litigator here. The civil suit against the hospital is ongoing. NO ONE WHO WORKED HER CASE CAN OR SHOULD TESTIFY. So, how else is the defense going to give the jury insight into how the hospital operates? They can only call someone who isn’t involved in the current civil suit. This witness is perfect. There’s the hook for the judge. I think with all the other prejudicial bullshit that’s been allowed in, this witness should get to testify.

I checked myself in during a crisis and that’s exactly how it was. Basic workbook stuff proctored by someone with at least a ged and arts and crafts. Oh and yoga. All very lovely people, but it wasn’t exactly a bastion of psychological care. (Different state, similar experience).
