there are so many specific decisions in this that make it look like someone looked at all the characters in a vacuum and make decisions off of that because cyno/wrio UNDER varesa rn is CRAZY it's like outside of the hot topic characters right now they really cared about having a relatively even layout over actually doing a proper and honest list

Tbh, furinas complicated, she’s the best at what she does but the issue is that hoyo is moving towards em being better in stellar and lunar reactions, causing no recent dpses to really want her

Furina isn’t a bad unit, but most of the better carries don’t care about DMG Bonus because they deal mainly transformative reaction damage. If they were to release a new conventional carry (particularly one that doesn’t scale with Attack), she would be pretty good again.

kazuha desperately needs a buff, like why would you even use him when new comps have no place for him? like he can't be used in hex teams cuz he doesn't have the hex passive, so we use sucrose instead,and he can't be used in stellar alop either cuz again we HAVE TO use sucrose please hoyo buff him for stellar swirl so we can atleast use him 😭

Sandrone being 0.5 is so ???? because she's already on par with all the t0 characters and she doesn't even have Odette yet so the watch list feels unnecessary. Also Nefer needs the partner tag imo

Kazuha and Furina are in the same tier cause they both provide the exact same to the Meta carries, which is *nothing at all* since Lunar and Stellar don't use Dmg% at all, and slotting a healer on the team just for Furina is a damage loss. Love her, but she's just useless in any team that's not Skirk right now, and Skirk is just not that good sadly
