Uhmm, not sure about the first two, I think you need to avoid products with silicons ,sulfates… an especially shampoos that has keratin also known in ingredients as hydrolysed + (for blonds bleached hair it causes breakage as you get protein overload…)

hairstylists pls help me 😭 i hadn’t colored my hair in almost 10 years and i barely ever use heat. naturally i have dark, long middle eastern hair that was always wavy and pretty full. years ago i had bleached it blonde, dyed it back dark, and then basically left it alone for almost a decade. recently i decided to dye it onyx blue/jet black and used either 10 or 20 vol developer (i can’t remember which 😭). ever since then my hair has completely changed. i lost almost all of my natural texture—it used to dry wavy and now it dries SUPER flat and straight. my hair also feels so much thinner and i’m noticing a ton of breakage/shedding, to the point where my long hair literally looks like it’s getting shorter 🥲 i genuinely don’t know what i did wrong or how to fix it. do i need protein? moisture? a leave-in? bond repair? different shampoo/conditioner?? i’m scared to just start throwing products at it and make it worse 😭 hairstylists please tell me what you would do/use because i need HELP
