Just wait for your mucus plug to come out or a bloody show bc this sounds like Braxton hicks. Bc regular contractions are going to be constant and increasingly painful.

not only is it normal but it's necessary for baby to move down, to move into position, for your cervix to move forward, and for you to dilate. I notice when this starts you are 2 weeks out.

Same here Sis, been doing this for about a week, fed up and tired I went to the hospital and I’m just 1 cm dilated. Told them they either have to induce me or do a c-section, either way, I’m not leaving this hospital without my baby

That’s how I started around 12am and then I lost my mucus plug then I also started feeling a lot of pressure when I would walk. I had my OB appointment and I could barely walk mind you I drove myself 😭🤣 anywho she checked me and I was 4cm she said you need to go to the the hospital right now! 😂 I had the baby later that day.
