The advice always seems to be “you think you’re in the state but you aren’t” but if I already think I’m doing it right how am I supposed to change my state if I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong? It’s like a weird catch 22

i hate this advice. not because its bad (i guess?) but because my stupid brain just cannot fathom WHAT to do. ive been hearing this for months and thinking im on the right path but i still dont know if im doing it right. "act as if it already happened" doesnt make any sense in my head. cuz i would not be acting any different than i do now. i didnt act any different when we were still together. i get that i am not supposed to check his socials and stuff. but i cant just turn off the waiting? cuz even during the relationship i was waiting for him and missing him when he wasnt here. so how the hell an i supposed to act and feel? 🥲 i cannot wrap my head around this

Manifesting my sp is EASY I see my SP regularly BUT in between I’m struggling with consistency with communication and just in general and them just TRYING again.

Right now I’m in this state of feeling neutral more often and I’m in contact with sp. Sometime I do react to the 3D a lil bit but then few mins later I feel neutral and grateful.
