I would argue the most important trait in human success is not iq, and is instead EUSOCIALITY: the most advanced socialbility in the animal kingdom consisting of the ability to form large social networks, cooperate with multple labor divisions, and pass down information through generations. Ants have low IQ but absolutely DOMINATE the insect kingdom due to their almost perfect eurosociality. It doesnt matter how smart humans are if they cannot successfully share their knowledge to build communities and make new inventions based on previous advancements. A caveman could have tamed fire, but that knowledge would die with them, unable to be built into something bigger.
