Kinda looks like the pan just had some burn marks from a lighter, if that’s so it shouldn’t be to difficult to wipe off…idk 😅

Put some water and soap in your pan put it on the stove with it. Come to a boil, dump the water and clean it. It’s very easy and simple and you don’t waste money on peroxide and toothpaste.

Pan has OBVIOUSLY been held over a candle to cover it with soot from the wax making it look like it was covered with something and easier to clean because soot is easy to wash off!

White Vinegar is an mild acid.
Baking Soda is an alkaline. So they neutralize each other.

I do the same job with salt and vinegar. Pour any type of vinegar onto the bottom of the pan and then sprinkle salt onto the vinegar. All burnt on gunk wipes off.

what are you doing......? don't do this, these things have all kinds of uses on their own,....
But, toothpaste ( often baking soda base) to hydro -perox ,is adding a base to an acid, then add dish soap & then acid again (vinegar) & top with a base (baking soda again)....
it might put on a real satisfying performance all bubbly & angry, but if you're trying to get burnt on grease off a pan, use the vinegar to de-glaze the pan (heat the pan on the stove & add water & vinegar & gentry stirr chinks off the bottom
...& then put it in the sink with dish soap, which is designed to destroy grease....
