This is why sometimes, when people ask me to share my mixing preset, it kinda doesn’t make sense to me. I approach every song I mix differently. In fact, the process I used on this song is very, very different from the process I used on a song I mixed today. So my advice is: stop asking people for presets. That’s like asking someone to give you a fish instead of teaching you how to fish. Learn how to listen. Learn how to identify problems. Learn why you’re making every move in your mix. Because once you learn how to fish, you can mix any song even when the song doesn’t sound anything like the one you practiced on.

Be helping the artist pitch correct even though i know mst producers don’t like doing that especially if they didn’t record the song from scratch. I for one just do it as a bonus for any song i mix but i love ur approach to mix though some things i would hv said but again if the end result works thats all ✌️
