Recipe ⬇️ 3 C pasta, dry (I did farfalle) 1.5 lb chicken, cooked and cubed 1 can chickpeas 1 can artichoke hearts 1/2 C pumpkin seeds 1/4 C sliced peperoncini 4-6 Italian cherry peppers, sliced 1 Tb Trader Joe’s Italian bomba (optional) 1/2 C feta 1/4 C olive oil 1/4 C white balsamic vinegar Juice of 1 lemon salt and pepper to taste tsp dried oregano optional sprinkle of red pepper flakes I use @go_raw sprouted pumpkin seeds bc they’re best for digestion but I like to lightly toast them :) Boil pasta, cook al dente, strain and let cool Combine all ingredients together and toss!
