Everyone wants to lose weight until they find out it still takes effort in the kitchen. These cabbage dumplings make that part a whole lot easier. 🥟🥟🔥 Cabbage Dumplings Ingredients Ground chicken, 2 pounds Portabella mushrooms, finely diced, 8 ounces Scallions, finely sliced, 4 Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon Chicken bouillon powder, 1 teaspoon Salt and black pepper, to taste Small Napa cabbage, 1 to 2 heads Furikake, for garnish Chili oil, for serving Sliced scallions, for garnish Instructions Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Blanch the Napa cabbage leaves for 45 seconds to 1 minute, just until softened and flexible. Transfer to a towel and pat dry. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mushrooms, scallions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined. Spoon the filling onto the base of each cabbage leaf. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal. Arrange the dumplings seam side down in a large skillet or steamer. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan, cover, and steam over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove the lid and let any remaining water evaporate for 1 to 2 minutes.
