Hiii do you double shampoo? I have thin long hair and I’ve been doing double shampoos for the past two years now, but noticed my ends would get very dry! So I coat them with leave in treatment and oil post wash, but recently I’ve tested shampooing only once and my hair has been greasing more…. Was wondering if it was the time for my hair to adapt to it but as another fellow thin hair girly I’d love to hear your thoughts :)!

I just got the leave in treatment after loving the garnier honey water conditioner you’ve mentioned before and girlllll you were so right 😭 my hair has never felt simultaneously so moisturized and yet not at all weighed down!
