1. I don’t start every chat from zero. I’ve got separate workspaces for clients, content, brand strategy, operations and product ideas, and each one already has the right context loaded. 2. I don’t write from scratch anymore either. I built a proper brand voice document and trained my tools on how I actually think, speak and sell. Drafts genuinely sound like me now. 3. I don’t rely on memory for follow ups. My AI goes through my email and calendar, flags what needs a reply, and stops client stuff from slipping through the cracks. 4. I don’t stare at a blank screen before designing. I get AI to build the creative brief first, so the audience, mood, references and actual goal are already sorted. 5. I don’t start projects without structure either. Before any code or assets get made, AI helps map out the scope, the folders, the README and the deployment checklist. 6. I don’t learn random things just to get better. I ask AI to teach me the exact concept I need for whatever I’m actually building right now. 7. And I don’t rebuild proposals every time. I’ve got my pricing, deliverables and case studies already loaded, so I describe the client, generate a first draft, then edit and send. The advantage was never using AI. Everyone’s using AI.
