forgot to mention that the act of "force feeding" isnt just shoving delicious food down their throat. its forcefully shoving a feeding tube from your nose into your stomache (very very painful), then your empty stomache is then quite rapidly filled and inflated full of calorie fluid (again, very very painful). this is why it is considered tourture.

So there is a protocol for this they are monitored daily vitals exam lab and x-ray if necessary 72 hrs after the stated time of hunger strike they sign paperwork that states they know the risk after being properly educated by medical they are given food at all meals they don’t have to eat it if the become malnourished and medically compromised they know because the paperwork states emergency intervention will be implemented ie a NG tube they are not being held down and food shoved in their mouth the person in this video is not stating any of this and implying they being touturd this is not the case
