From the raw personal stories like Infidel and Unveiled, to the ones that break down the religion itself with sources and arguments, to the one that explains the psychology of why leaving is so hard and why some people can be so hostile toward us. If you’re questioning, doubting, or already out and still trying to process it all, these are absolutely worth reading. I’ve been Ex Muslim for five years(since I was 13 btw🫠) and only read most of them recently, so it’s never too late. I strongly recommend starting with Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s Infidel. After that, pick whatever feels right for where you are: whether you want more relatability, solid arguments for debates, a deeper look at the religion, or just to understand the psychology better.
