I have a question so what about athletes that went to junior college first but was a college athlete before this rule came out? For example say someone played Community college football two years ago and now wants to transfer to a D2. Would they be under this new model or the old one?

So is a kid who attends JuCo and by the end turns 19, able to have that same 5 years OR does it start as soon as you enroll in college of any level ?
