I have autism and high functioning cerebral palsy and When I was 8 years old I discovered Godzilla for the first time through Comcast on demand, I don’t remember exactly but I’m pretty sure channel 1 would bring you to a catalogue of tv entertainment and around 11pm I stumbled across a category titled Godzilla and my life changed forever, that little boy stayed up until 4am watching Godzilla movies from the heisei and millennium eras and I finished it off with Vs Destroyah and I cried I felt so connected to Godzilla, watching him die was heartbreaking, he made me feel strong, feel like I had the courage and confidence stand on my own and to be myself without worrying about being judged, I still feel this way and I’m 23 now

Shed a few tears even when i was kid knowing my goat was dying, shit genuinely had me devastated but then when I saw Jr rise up as like the new godzilla in the ending scene I was happy but it was so heartwarming at the same damn time. Best Franchise I ever picked up.
