I disagree i think everyone idolises hard work and nepo babies are actually given undue hatred instead of the systems that make them so prevalent. Cringe culture is just a combination of the human need to not stand out too much (because in the past it could get you kicked out of the group and that meant death) and and the ever present monitoring of the internet.
