And the same rules apply from that previous video: get wildly clear on who you want to be, even if that means becoming someone who no longer needs to effort at being anyone. Then notice everything that pulls you away from that center: the conditioning, coping mechanisms, protective patterns and beliefs. Build the nervous system capacity to stay present with what arises. Wash, rinse, repeat.
