So stupid though because regardless of if it’s cheaper right now eventually it won’t be and it’ll still need to be fixed. Paying the 12k a year means you only have about 40 years before it equals the cost of the repair and remember he said this started back in the 80s so guess how long it’s been AND the fines are going up
