I got this and it was AMAZINGGGGGGGGGG. Went back the next week just to get it again. There was 6 of us and we all got same thing and EEVERYONE loved it! Maybe your cheesecake factory is just trash....

Every single menu item aside from cheesecake is made from scratch in the kitchen. So it depends on the cook. There's more than 1 person working each station so your results will vary.
