For the salmon, mix all the seasonings together in a small bowl. Set the salmon on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pat it dry with a paper towel. Drizzle it with some olive oil and then sprinkle on the seasoning mixture. Drizzle with a little more olive oil. Pat it down/rub it in. Bake for 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon. Top off the bowl with the sriracha mayo if you chose to make that.
