@worldscop3: On August 27, 2015, an abandoned refrigerated truck was discovered along a highway near Parndorf, Austria. A strange fluid was reportedly leaking from the vehicle, leading authorities to investigate. Inside, they discovered 71 people — including 8 women and 4 children. The victims were refugees and migrants who had been transported through Hungary as part of a human-smuggling operation. Investigators determined they had been trapped inside the sealed cargo area without enough air. The truck was eventually abandoned along the highway while those responsible fled the scene.
