People just sending 1 singular unserious sticker does NOT help btw long comments help better.for everyone who is struggling, please hold on. there is someone out there meant to be the person who holds you on those hard nights, there is a better road ahead and i know it is hard to see it right now. it will get better, you have probably heard it a thousand times, it gets annoying but i promise you, in a few years when you are healed it will be something you look back on. if you have people to text, whether its family or friends, you have reasons to stay. one day at a time, grab a coffee with a friend, rip up a page of homework you just cant figure out, go out and enjoy the world in the night when its quiet. you do not need to prove you are enough to someone who sees what you don’t see in yourself. you are more than just a daughter or son or child, more than just a person. you are unique, with your hobbies, your life, your humor, your skills, your interests. there is a better road ahead, don’t let yourself derail before you see it. i know it is hard, but you are worth more than what you see in the mirror, you are worth more than the empty words that one voice in your head constantly tells you. your story isnt over for a reason, because there is something better for you just out of reach and you deserve to be able to reach it. you are loved, even when it doesnt feel like it. you are loved, even when you dont want to hear it. you are enough, even with a failing grade or having to stretch money out for your kiddos. you are doing amazing, even though you dont see it. i know it is hard, but you are closer to the stars than those voices in your head ever will be. you are enough. you are loved. you are cherished. you are worth people just sending 1 singular unserious sticker does NOT help btw long comments help better.for everyone who is struggling, please hold on. there is someone out there meant to be the person who holds you on those hard nights, there is a better road ahead and i know it is hard to see it right now. it will get better, you got this ⚠️SHARE THIS⚠️I copied this ❤️

: ways to help: dont just send 1 sticker- especially AI ones. they dont help and arent counted in the algorithm. don’t use ai, delete useless emails (saves energy in data centres) use ecosia, get involved in local activist communities, do your best to limit the amount of water you use, don’t leave lights on (i’m guilty of this), use reusable water bottles, vapes, invest in a battery recharger and use rechargeable batteries rather than filling landfill with single use batteries (saves money too) if possible try use public transport or car share more, sign petitions, protest, start campaigns, try go vegan or vegetarian if it’s suitable for your health or reduce the amount of meat you eat, plant native wildflowers in your garden, infact spread seeds wherever you want as long as they’re native to the land, recycle as much as you can, litter pick, leave shallow sugar water out for bees, solar panels if you’re a home owner who can afford it, bird feeders in your garden Also avoid buying things from nestle. They use even more fresh water than AI does and their CEO has said that he doesn’t believe water is a human right
