Topped with jalapeños and green onions! 🍴 Ingredients: _ 1 lb raw ground beef (red tray) _ 1 packet Great Value taco seasoning (orange) _ 1 can RO*TEL diced tomatoes and green chilies (small) _ 1 can Great Value cream of mushroom soup (tall) _ 1 tub Great Value sour cream (white, blue lid) _ 1 bag frozen Great Value tater tots (large) _ 1 bag Great Value shredded cheddar cheese (orange and white) _ Sliced jalapeños for garnish _ Chopped green onions for garnish 👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions: 1_ Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess grease. 2_ Stir in taco seasoning, Rotel, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Simmer until thick and creamy. 3_ Pour beef mixture into a clear glass baking dish. Spread into an even layer. 4_ Arrange frozen tater tots over the meat. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. 5_ Bake 25-30 minutes until cheese is golden-brown and bubbly. Garnish with sliced jalapeños and chopped green onions.
