You don’t accidentally become a top producer. You don’t accidentally build a great business. You don’t accidentally become a great leader. There’s a level of intentionality required. Spend time every week asking yourself: Why did I start this? What am I actually building? What does winning look like for me? What am I willing to do to get there? And when it gets hard, remember: You signed up for hard.
