Im a month in, what really helped me was buying orthotics, they were like $70 but after a week of wearing them I’ve been able to work all shifts without my feet hurting so much, they still hurt but it’s more like sore hurt, not I can’t walk after my shift hurt.

10-15 breaks throughout the day (1-3 minutes each) and (2) 15 mins breaks + 30 minute lunch break. Just made sure my rate was up and it’s all good

if you go to the bathroom every hour for 10min while maintaining a decent uph, you pretty much shave off 1h+ 😂 without counting the breaks.
