I have a customer that comes in with celiacs. I make my staff change their gloves. It’s just an act of kindness because who wants someone to accuse your establishment of getting them sick. I’d rather avoid that.

People in these comments suck. I’m saying this as a celiac, to the general public , It’s not just internal discomfort- it’s your body attacking and destroying itself because the immune system senses gluten. It can cause serious health issues. And ALL places SHOULD always have some sort of accommodation for celiacs, like how places accommodate for allergies.
