🌴🔥🦩🌊 when I was in a John Barnes myofascial release one class, the lady I partnered up with, worked on my c-section scar and from right to medial I had a warm flash go through my lower extremities and from medial to left, I had a warm flash go up through the top of my head and I started bawling my eyes out. it was like a religious experience almost... I floated for the rest of the day. it was the most blissful feeling ever! 🌊🦩🔥🌴🙌

No joke! I've had major Rolfing work done on me & I was crying & laughing uncontrollably through all of it! You hit that psoas right & man, the emotions & release is insane! People don't really realize how much is stored in our fascia! 💯
