When I went to visit Mexico in a small ranch. I was shocked that there was no garbage trucks. I had a baby back than and I was confused on how to dispose of the diapers. Most locals burn whatever they can in their backyard and I believe a truck passes by once a month for things that cannot be burned. I’m always so sad back home, in the US. on how much trash we collect in one week.

I took an environmental science class in college and I was floored with how much more we could do to improve our future with a basic things. It's made me acutely aware of how much plastic and glass we used to use. We have now changed things quite a bit so we don't use as much.

I think that people don’t have object permanence with their garbage. I’m always painfully aware of the fact that all of my garbage is out there, somewhere.

Gardening in the Swamp :
We do a lot of composting and it’s kinda nuts home much stuff gets thrown away. I’m so much more conscience of it now and we have reduced so much waste.
