This happened to me when I changed my tpob blade. Lever closed makes it noisy but lever shut is quiet. It didn’t do it with the old blade so I’m wondering if it had to do with the way they put the blade on yours.

this what i did , hope you read my comment,, first i opened it because the battery is loose and it vibrate the cage ,second i use scotch tape or any transparrent tape on the upper part of the switch button , just wrap it but not too much 😊👌 Promise it's effective , just use oil because it consume to much .

Make sure ur lever and blade is screwed on properly and try oil it too the lever on this Vapor can have some problems so if nothing works just get ur money back
