Med school is a big accomplishment. Consider yourself fortunate and be proud, but there’s no need to insinuate superiority over others who are “still in college”. Some of the people you graduated with may be inspired by your achievements, but then may feel discouraged after reading this. It’s not a race, we should hope that everyone succeeds at their own pace and be supportive.

Humility is a real thing doctors need to practice. Being a doctor does not make you smarter, it just gives you the privilege to know more about medicine specifically🙏🏻 everyone has their own path and pace in life

I’m in dental school, and my classmates range from 23-35+. Everyone has their own path and should feel proud. It’s “kinda chic” to be in a doctoral program at ANY age. Good for you for getting there early, but you can share your accomplishments without it being a jab at others. Best of luck in your program.
