If this was so premeditated like Patrick and the prosecutors are pushing for… she would have known the miralax would’ve been useless. She was trying to help her kid have a regular bowel movement the next day because she was anticipating her child being alive the next day. She was framed.

No but police found an injured woman and 3 dead children and a man in a murder suicide scene. Nobody thinks to seize all of his items (clothes, laptop, phone,etc) too???

What gets me is, why didn’t she just check on the cvs app? That’s what I do. Look at the stores app and screen shot the item and the isle it’s in for my husband. And why not order the food online? Not sure if 3V would’ve have online ordering at that time, but I don’t know a restaurant that didn’t have an option to order online at the tail end of COVID….i think the calls were his way of giving a “proof of life” at that time.

Lyndsay called CVS at 4:48. He knew what he was supposed to pick up. And he didn't need to call her. If he wasn't sure, why didn't he ask the pharmacist? Because he needed that call for his aliby.

The new wife was at the home and made all the calls… the food order was a female, Lindsay was already unconscious at this point. The new wife made the calls off Lindsay’s devices

Lindsay took her daughter to the doctor that morning due to a suspected UTI. It was brought up in court that this daughter has had multiple UTIs over the course of her short life. UTIs in children is usually a sign of SA. I wonder if that doctor's appointment made him look guilty of a different crime... and maybe Lindsay called him out for it.

He said “shelves were bare because it was Covid” but it’s 2023 and shelves honestly looked stocked in the video but then he said “they didn’t have brand name and he wanted to confirm generic was fine” but the one found in the bag on the counter, was the brand name🤔
