@nicolettebrito_: Kefta Kebabs with Sumac Onion Salad 🤌🏼🍋 Such an easy, flavorful dinner! Serve it with rice + spicy feta on the side and it’s sooo good. Kefta Kebabs • 2 lbs ground beef • 1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped • 7 garlic cloves, minced • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped • 1 1/2 tbsp sumac • 1 tbsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder Sumac Onion Salad • 1 red onion, thinly sliced • Thinly sliced lettuce (optional) • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 tbsp sumac • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper • Juice of 2 lemons • 1/2 cup olive oil For the Kefta: Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, sumac, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder to a large bowl. Mix everything together until well combined. Form the mixture into long cylinder-shaped kebabs. You can make them as is or form them around skewers if you have them. Add the kefta to a hot BBQ and grill until cooked through with a nice char on the outside. For the Salad: While the kefta is cooking, start your rice and make the salad. Add the sliced red onion, lettuce, parsley and garlic to a bowl. Season with sumac, salt and pepper, then squeeze in the lemons and add the olive oil. Mix everything together, cover and let it sit until dinner is ready. Assemble your plate: Rice + kefta kebabs + sumac onion salad + a little spicy feta on the side 🌶️ So easy, so flavorful & the perfect dinner. Enjoy! 🤍 #food #Foodie #mom #MomsofTikTok #fyp
