Ingredients: 1 kg fresh potatoes, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, 3 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, fresh rosemary, fresh parsley, grated parmesan cheese. Side dishes: fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, corn on the cob, onions, bell peppers, ranch sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce. Preparation: Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thick strips. Soak the potato strips in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then dry them completely.
