I saw another edit of this talking about emotional parentification and it helped me realize my childhood was worse than I thought and there was a genuine term for what happened to me, might have to look into it or start therapy 😬

Maybe this is dark but I kinda hope he becomes another evil Morty. “Evil” Morty does tell him that he likely would eventually, and the only thing that makes him evil is that he hated Rick (who was literally making him crawl up the rectum of aliens?) their relationship is severely unhealthy but I’d love if the last episode actually ended with Morty liberating himself from Rick

The ‘He need me’ bit really hits when in an episode Rick mentions keeping a Morty close cancels out others being able to catch Rick because he is so smart and Morty is.. dumb (paraphrasing) and it was just accepted by Morty, like no that’s wrong 😭
