Tbf, I'm european, and I like the American dining way more. I hate having to beg for everything and sitting around for hours (ofc i exaggerated). I want to eat in a reasonable amount of time and leave.

What really gets me is that in America the waiter can come give you the bill after being there for an hour but if you wanna sit longer and talk, YOU CAN. Nobody is rushing you to leave unless it’s packed/you’re a huge party. Meanwhile you gotta fucking beg to leave in Europe, it’s so ridiculous.
