@hustlersnthehood: Shirley Poullard left her SUV at Kia of Lake Charles on June 17 after a blowout. It sat there more than a month with barely a phone call. She showed up unannounced, saw the hood open and the engine in pieces, and started recording. The service manager told her nobody had touched it. Then he admitted they took her fuel injectors to finish another customer's car. His word for it was "borrowed." Her words: taking something without permission is stealing. And if she hadn't walked in that day, they would have put it back together and she'd have been the one blamed later. The dealership says the service manager no longer works there. #HustlersNTheHood
