The minimum serving wage in Indiana is $2.13 an hour. It’s literally written in the wall. They do not have to compensate you up to minimum wage. And even if they did minimum wage is $7.25. Nobody can live on that that’s bullshit.

the servers get so mad if they don’t get tipped for doing their job because they “need to pay bills”. but as soon as you mention putting them on a fixed wage and get rid of tipping all of a sudden the jobs so good.
