Okay, so I actually had something kind of similar happen, my son got back from a field trip and he got into trouble (later found out it was a very big misunderstanding and he actually did not do what he was accused of), anyway the teacher yelled at him in front of the whole first grade and he had to go to the safe room to talk with a different teacher who got him to stop crying and then they sent him to the Buddy room on the other side of the building and never verified he made it. I showed up to pick him up early and kept getting the runaround on where he was for an hour. He had his in the bathroom and had been in there for like 2.5-3hrs, they never knew. He’s homeschooled now. I was SO upset, the next day his teacher took his recess away for him hiding when he was scared.
