i know blue lock would suffer if team X didnt win. but im just now realizing how much they would have suffered if team V didnt win also. nagi would have passed on since he was the top goal scorer. but he wouldn’t be fired up, he’d be even more depressed and wouldn’t go up to isagi. he’d probably get locked off eventually after he played isagi in the 3rd match(his team would be nagi, chigiri/kuni, random). isagi wouldn’t improve from nagi (isagi would have picked either chigiri or kuni to be his initial teamate. and the one he didn’t pick would probably pick nagi) which in turn makes barou worse and so much more. no reo to stop shidou in the u20 match and all the players isagi helped evolve wouldn’t have (bachira, chigiri, kunigami, nagi, barou) and with no reo then shidou run’s free of any actual defenders after niko hurt himself. rin probably wouldn’t awaken his destroyer flow since blue lock except like karasu, otoya, and yuki are worse.
